Uniform Ordering Instructions:

1. This season we are excited to offer new uniforms for the first time in over 10 years!  Please use the dropdown option for your child's grade when selecting a new number to prevent duplicates on the same team.  
2. Numbers are first come, first serve.  Once your child has chosen a number they will continue with that number every season through 8th grade.  
3. All players will need a new uniform this year!  The uniform consists of a reversible jersey, shooter shirt which goes underneath the jersey, and a pair of shorts.

Uniform fittings will be held during skills sessions at DIS on 2/21 and 2/28 4-6pm.

We are also including sizing charts below to help you chose the correct sizes for your child but a fitting is highly recommended.
